Sanne finished her musical education in 2004 at Rytmus, a school in Stockholm. She then established herself in Sweden’s underground soul scene by writing and performing her own music. She has been one of the lead singers of house act Polyphonics and also performed with the Swedish band E-type. Most recently, she was the vocalist in Ghost vs. Sanne who released an album in Canada and the United States. Sanne was added to Play's line up after original member Rosanna Munter dropped out to focus on her solo material.
